Plan for AAC2011 ASP System Construction

Summary
AAC Web-based system is on the way of getting on, we take record of daily life by using a spread sheet, as there are some troubles for asp file to read information from a single multi-layer spread sheet, so, we are about to make couple of spread sheets to meet the requirement of the asp files.

Languages
We will set up Chinese Version and English Version for AAC2011, the Chinese Version takes full version of the spread sheet, English Version takes full English spread sheet.

Problems
We have come across some troubles on constructing the site, such as how to read a multi-layer spread sheet by asp coding. As we have got some beatiful lines at the spread sheet file, so the question is how to apply CSS+DIV on the asp files to make it more elegant in appreance.
